Eason did a great job with our roof replacement. The crew was prompt, courteous, hardworking, and paid attention to details. I was consulted on the few issues that were found and was allowed to give the final decision on how to move forward. A friend told me about Eason when I had a troublesome leak that developed since a Charlotte contractor replaced my roof 4 1/2 years ago. My request for help from the Charlotte contractor who originally installed it went no where.
I had a new roof put on 8 years ago (by another company) and it leaked after 1 year. I've tried to get company's out to fix it over the last 5 years with no luck. The Eason Team led by the company's owner and a chosen few far exceeded my expectations. I thought that this type of craftsmanship had disappeared, I was mistaken after seeing this teamwork unfold on my property. Within a couple of weeks, two roofers showed up and proceeded to do a first rate repair for me -- not just smearing goop to plug it for a year or two, rather they fixed it right for the long haul....good work from professionals and a little under the estimate.
