They were sufficient in reaching back out to me. I had received 2 estimates and they were the cheapest. Did a great job of coming out on time. Never tried to get over with the price. Showed me the exact problem. And fixed it gave me solutions to other problems. To the point. Fixed on time service. Guaranteed work.
This place is a joke. Horrible customer service if you’re a female. I was asked “why are you bitching” after technician were 3 hours late and refused to do the work because I needed my dog to smell them before coming into the house (maybe they had drugs and thought my German Shepherd would smell it on them, idk).
