She is good at her job, but feels obsessed to say hi to some customers probably because of the skin colour I suppose.
The few times I've been there, the owner herself, Karla, has helped me. She's very conscientious and gracious, because the company I work for has a long history with her. She knew more about what I needed than I did! She took good care of me and my needs, so that I felt valued and important. I highly recommend Fogle's for anything electrical or plumbing related.
